Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations (fine/gross motor, sensory, handwriting, executive functioning and self‑regulation)
- Develop and implement individualized and group treatment plans using evidence‑based frameworks.
- Create engaging, play‑based interventions tailored to each child’s interests and strengths
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other providers; coach families in home‑based strategies
- Support and contribute to clinic initiatives such as summer camps, virtual therapy, and community outreach.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE‑accredited program; OTR/L credential required
- Minimum of two years of Pediatric OT experience
- Active WA state OT license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for family‑centered, collaborative care.
